Individual Therapy
Insurance
Meridian’s insurance availability depends on the clinician you choose.
Independently Licensed Therapists may provide individual therapy through the practice’s participating insurance plans:
Private Pay
Private pay is available for clients who do not have a participating insurance plan, prefer not to use their insurance benefits, or simply wish to pay for their individual counseling sessions directly.
For eligible private-pay individual therapy services, we can provide a superbill upon request for clients who wish to seek reimbursement through their out-of-network insurance benefits. A superbill is a detailed receipt that can be submitted directly to your insurance company to be considered for reimbursement. Out-of-network benefits vary significantly by insurance plan, and reimbursement is not guaranteed.
We encourage clients to contact their insurance provider and ask about their out-of-network mental health benefits, deductible, and reimbursement rates before beginning services.
Couples Therapy
Relational Life Therapy (RLT) • $200 per 60-minute session
RLT couples sessions are offered as a private-pay service and are not billed to insurance. Insurance coverage for therapy requires treatment to be tied to an individual’s mental health diagnosis. In couples therapy, our focus is different: we work with both partners and treat the relationship itself. Keeping RLT couples therapy private pay allows the work to remain centered on the relationship and the goals you bring to therapy together.

Payment
Zelle, Venmo, all major credit cards, and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards are accepted for payment for any copays or private pay counseling services.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.
