Consultation & Supervision
Virtual clinical consultation and supervision for Independently Licensed Therapists, along with qualified supervision for Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns that meets Florida Board requirements for licensure.
A Note From Ben
When I began my career as a therapist, I had a passion for helping people, a vision of building my own private practice, and no shortage of motivation. What I often wished for was more intentional guidance along the way.
Meridian’s virtual supervision program was created with that in mind: to provide Florida-based clinicians with the practical insight and honest feedback I would have valued early in my career, while helping them strengthen their skills, develop their professional identity, and build a strong foundation for making a lasting difference in the lives of the people they serve.
If Meridian’s approach resonates with you, I would welcome the opportunity to learn more about your professional goals and how I can support your continued growth as a clinician.

What Supervision Includes
Clinical Skill Building
We’ll explore different therapeutic approaches, identify the ones that resonate most with you, and connect you with resources to deepen your expertise. We’ll also look at how to structure sessions, ask questions that deepen the conversation, listen well, and build authentic therapeutic relationships with your clients.
Case Consultation
Bring the cases you’d like another perspective on, and we can explore relevant therapeutic approaches and develop a clinical plan together.
Documentation & Record Keeping
Supervision is also a place to strengthen the practical side of documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, professional letters, and maintaining organized, accurate records that meet professional and regulatory expectations.
Ethical Decision-Making
Questions involving confidentiality, boundaries, safety concerns, insurance, documentation, legal requests, and other professional responsibilities can all come up in clinical practice. We’ll also talk about how to appropriately navigate faith and spirituality in your clinical work.
Private Practice Development
If building a private practice is part of where you’re headed, I’ll share what I’ve learned from building mine and help you think through the clinical, professional, and practical decisions that come with creating something of your own.
